2.9.14是正常显示的，GTranslate3.04之后主题一定要调用wp_footer();函数。

Hi,
I see that the javascript files for GTranslate are missing in the HTML source code. I believe your theme is not calling wp_footer() PHP function.
You can try to check your theme files and possibly it will be named like footer.php and make sure to add wp_footer(); function call before </body> closing tag. You may consult your theme developer about it.
